For sale or lease '04 Chevy Monte Carlo Hess Chassis. Car is currently configured for roadcoarse, but comes with circle track uppers and spindles. The '04 body is legal for use in the '08 Camping World Series season. Purchase will also come with owner points from '07 season. Willing to sell all or in part.
